Francesco Cappelli
A geologist by study, after graduating he decided to follow the path of taste, attending culinary specialisation courses and gaining experience in the kitchens of restaurants in the Siena area. In 2014 an encounter that changed his life: Lella’s Scuola di Cucina. In partnership since January 2015, he joined Lella as his right-hand man in the kitchen of the Fontebranda school and in 2024 became its owner, inheriting its management.
Francesco is an AIS Third Level Sommelier and has been teaching at the school for 10 years
